It is possible to return one or more purchased products within 14 working days from the date of order receipt. Shipping costs for the return or size/item exchange are the responsibility of the Customer.

To facilitate the product return procedure, please follow these instructions:

1. Package the item(s) carefully. Indicate the reason for the return on the invoice and include the invoice inside the package. Any courier can be used for the return with trackable shipping.

2. Select the desired option for the Return in the Return Form:

– Purchase Voucher: On the return form, choose the option to receive a Purchase Voucher Code for the originally paid amount. As soon as the item arrives at our facility, we will issue an email with a personal Code for purchasing on our website within a month from the issuance of the Purchase Voucher Code.

– Item exchange: The exchange can be made for items of equal value. Indicate on the return form the option to proceed with the item exchange. Specify the item code, color, and size. As soon as the product arrives at our facility, we will send the exchange without additional charges.
